Who is King Arthur Pendragon?

King Arthur Uther Pendragon (wiki|profile) is a campaigner & Druid. He has devoted his life to securing FREE ACCESS FOR ALL to Britain’s most sacred site, STONEHENGE. A veteran of numerous legal challenges & direct actions, he's been arrested many times in the course of his Kingly duties. He was a parliamentary candidate for Salisbury in 2010, 2015, 2017 & 2019 & the main sponsor of a Parliamentary Petition which sought to hold English Heritage to account for their 'Pay to Pray' policy. Over the past quarter of century Arthur has regularly appeared on television, radio & in print in the UK, the USA & many other countries. Now, having served as your King since 1986, he needs your help so he can continue to make a difference in the world.

The Arthur £23 pound note was featured in the Cash is King 2 book which accompanied the 2019 exhibition of the same name at The Saatchi Gallery, London. The note was created for Arthur by the Brighton based artist 'Shardcore'.
Arthur was invited to the Saatchi Gallery to open the exhibition.
